Your personal training sessions will take place at Energie Fitness in Wokingham and typically last one hour. Each session is built around your bespoke training plan, designed to help you progress safely and effectively.
Nutrition That Works for You
I’ll conduct a full audit of your current eating habits and explore realistic, positive changes tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll receive guidance on calorie intake, macronutrients, and supplements (if relevant to your goals).
Track Your progress
Your progress is tracked online with regular check-ins, workout logs, body measurements, and optional food diary reviews. As an Ultimate Health & Training member, you’ll access everything via our app or website—including video feedback from your check-ins.
