Semi - Private Personal Training
Looking to train with friends and stay motivated together? My Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are the perfect blend of personal attention and group energy. They will take place at Energie fitness Wokingham. You can train alongside up to three friends (maximum of four people per session), making it a fun, supportive, and cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals.
To get started, you’ll need to coordinate your availability as a group so we can schedule sessions that work for everyone.
